Went to First-Care north, if I could rate zero stars I would. I am completely disgusted with this establishment, I didn’t make it past registration. The patient register person was completely rude and offensive, I removed myself and my disabled toddler from her office and we went to another urgent care not associated with Genesis where we were seen quickly, no issues, they were caring and professional. Took son in for abdominal pain they sent him home saying it's just a virus he'll be fine But me as a mom knew something wasn't right so I took him to the ER in Zanesville and they ran test and we waited for what seemed forever in the kids area room then got moved to the er room because kids rooms closed for a few hours but after all the wait and test we released he needed surgery because he's appendix was going to rupture The doctor on that night said I made the right call in bringing him in to the er. I took my sick daughter here today. There were five people in front of us, but the staff were extremely kind; they got us in and we were able to be seen by the doctor within half an hour. The doctor was very thorough, and when the test results came back, they called in the medicine immediately. I’m very impressed and extremely thankful for their help today.
This is an update 11/25 Best service. From Kayli, to two nurses and Dr Biscutti! Smiled, listened and a bit bubbly. I was in and out in a half hour. Couldn't ask for anything more!! From the front desk, registration, testing and doctor's care I couldnt expect better! Dr. Foor was informative and answered every question. If needed, I will return.
