Colleen Warren had a scheduling conflict between a previously calendared mediation and a critical hearing related to my child custody case. Rather than picking a date she was available she double booked. As a result, she appeared remotely for the hearing. In my experience, her level of preparedness and representation did not meet my expectations for such an important matter. I do not recommend this attorney.
I wish I fired Genesis sooner! There were so many problems. Communication was inconsistent, and issues were met with excuses rather than efforts to resolve them. Forget paralegals. Everything big and small was handled by attorneys, which not only significantly increased my legal costs, but my attorney was too busy with other cases to file my paperwork on time.
