My experience with Genesis Plumbing was everything you hope for when having to call a service company (something we never hope for). This was my first experience with them, and I had only recently found out about their existence after a random/chance encounter (divine intervention?) When I called, I was slightly panicked about a water leak that I needed found and stopped. I’ve been in works with Genisis for about a month now. We have been working together on a couple projects in the middle TN area. Todd, as well as Kyle have been some of the most receptive subcontractors that I have in my arsenal as a custom home builder. Whether it’s 7am, or 10pm, Todd is there to answer my calls within the first two rings, and to answer any questions I have about current or upcoming projects. Excellent experience from start to finish. The two gentlemen that came to my house were very cordial and professional. They replaced a light fixture in my living room for a very reasonable fee. Angela is the person I spoke to from the beginning and she is customer service gold. My whole career has been built around relationships and customer service and she is the exact type of person every business should have as their first point of contact. Highly recommend!
