Excellent experience from start to finish. The two gentlemen that came to my house were very cordial and professional. They replaced a light fixture in my living room for a very reasonable fee. Angela is the person I spoke to from the beginning and she is customer service gold. My whole career has been built around relationships and customer service and she is the exact type of person every business should have as their first point of contact. Highly recommend!
Genesis replied quickly to my request to service our air conditioner. They showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, order the part and fixed the issue the very next day when the part arrived.

I have used this company on four separate jobs and their workmanship is outstanding. The last job was to replace a faulty ceiling fan and it was done quickly. If we have an electrical job, we call Genesis.
