I am so disappointed in my experience. Although I'll give credit to the awesome staff, they were wonderful. I had a ring in layaway, I was making monthly payments of 500. Unfortunately, I was injured at work and was no longer able to make payments. After returning to work, I called to make arrangements to finish paying for the ring. I was told my ring was returned and I would not get my 2500 back. I didn't care that I couldn't get the money back or the ring, I asked about a credit towards something else.
