What a wonderful experience!! 30 year anniversary three stone ring. From listening to radio advertisements about Genesis then looking on the website and an immediate response to our inquiry from Boaz Ramon himself on a weekend. This brought us into the Brentwood store to see Ina and Avi. From design to perfection and the slogan is spot on “My Accent is Always on Value.”. Great customer service from Erika and Avi. We came in pretty close to closing time and they were great to work with, answering our questions, and taking the extra time to make sure we were taken care of. We had to leave town the next morning so what we were expecting to have to leave and come back to pick up they handled right away. Thank you for the continued excellent customer service.
