Went in to ask about size and engagement ring. Was told that their jeweler will not be in until the 14th. Then was told to take it to fix it at the mall. Sorry but I'm not taking a brand new engagement ring to a place at the mall then was told that if I would have bought it from them they could fix it and have a lifetime warranty. No thank you So just to be clear you do or do not work on jury purchase elsewhere? Because you said you don't then you said that your jeweler was not there so which is it?
My wife and I were talking about resetting her grandmothers ring. Then, out of the blue, I get a text from Stephanie. We talked through all the options. She called Tacori and found an old design so the new ring would match her existing band perfectly. To say that she went above and beyond is a vast understatement. My wife is in love with her new setting. Thank you!
