I brought my grandson in to get checked . He was very ill and his oxygen was reading the low 90's. When I told the customer service rep that she gave me the side eye and told me to have a seat. After an hour and a half of waiting we finally got in. They ended up calling an ambulance right away to take him to the emergency room. As we were leaving the same representative apologized to the ambulance workers because she didn't show them where to go when they arrived.
I was afraid to come here because of all the bad reviews, but I had a run in with a bat and needed the rabies vaccine so I had no choice. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and every time I was in and out within an hour or maybe an hour and a half. (I have been coming in the mornings so that time of day might be slower than the afternoons). Every nurse, doctor, and receptionist I’ve seen has been very kind, competent, and helpful. I haven’t had any issues and don’t have any complaints at all!
I’ve had 2 horrible experiences here, first time i went for my ankle/foot and told me i sprained it turns out i chipped my heel and spained everything in the capsule of my foot and the second time i went bc i was sick they told me it here was something wrong with my kidneys and go to the hospital immediately i just had covid. pls don’t go there unless you wanna waste an hour and a half of your life
