Took my son (11 year old) for strep test. I checked in/reserved online. We arrived quite early for his scheduled time. Staff was very courteous and caring. We were seen 15-20 mins earlier than the time I scheduled online. Even the staff at the pharmacy next to the convenient care checked on us while waiting. The nurse who took the swabs for strep and covid was very professional and caring with my son being nervous and clearly not feeling well. Went to get tested for a UTI. Was told it would be at least a half hour wait because of only having one exam room and testing took time. There's no testing they do in that room. Then I was asked if I made a reservation. I said no. Then was told there was someone who had coming in a bit so I'd have to wait for them also. I left without getting anything done.
Sent by genesis con. Care. To E.R. For testing on Heart. Been waiting for 4hours told doctor I was having a hard time breathing with mask on more than 4 hours later still waiting with a mask on.
Waited 3 hours I didn’t know about the online check-in. So I asked how much longer the said 1:30 witch was a 1-3/4hr longer wait because ppl where checking in on line. I said I checked in in person b4 someone checked in on line they said that the online check-ins bump me. I guess on line people are more important!!!!!
