I've had great experiences with both my primary care provider and the nursing staff here at the Healthplex. I want to shout out a nurse by the name of Parul. Had to get blood work done and it was more than I've done in the past. Needless to say, I nearly passed out and she was quick to stop and help me. She was so nice and accommodating the entire time, made sure to get my feet elevated, an ice pack, water, etc. I know it may be unlikely that I will get her again, but she is by far the nicest nurse I've ever had!
Was turned away for simple lab work. Very rude and snobby attitudes from the nursing staff. Not coming back!
Called ahead and was told that they take walk-ins but when we arrived we were told appointment only. Since there was no patients they would see my husband. I couldn't go into the room or wait in the waiting room for him. I had to sit outside in 100 degree heat for quite awhile. Defiantly no compassion or empathy on this visit.
Was misdiagnosed by a doctor. I’ve been in pain for over 3 days due to using medication that does nothing for me. That’s $260 down the drain. I followed up with my Primary Care Doctor and she informed me that I was misdiagnosed. Bless her but now I have to work tomorrow and I doubt that in 12 hours I’ll be completely healed and in no pain.
