Oscar Tellez has stolen my computer!!! He is nowhere to be found and has not returned my emails or phones calls. I have also filled a police report for my stolen computer.

The initial meeting on October 2021 included inspection of lap top, ordering of parts and expected date of completion (2 weeks). The gentleman was polite and honest. Now, 3 months later, I have only heard form genesis computers once back in November. When speaking to the gentleman over the phone, he stated that he was not in good health and required hospitalization for some time. He agreed to have my lap top ready in a week but has again disappeared and does not answer any calls an voice mail is full. I hope he is healthy an... read more

I hope you're okay, and not sick. I left my Lenovo laptop there about 1.5months ago, we had good communication, talked repairs, parts, and making payment but then everything stopped. I've also driven to your business during business hours and it's always locked. Can you please just reach out to me, I would really like my laptop back.
