I had awesome service from Mary and the Genesis team and felt like my car was in good hands. Mary kept me abreast of updates on my vehicle the entire time. My expectations were exceeded when I picked up my car. I didn't even recognize it. The body work was immaculate and they even detailed the inside. I always receive excellent service at Genesis. I never take my car anywhere else!
Well after a lady ran a red light with no insurance hit my Blazer, I learned triple A insurance works with this collision shop which was a plus for me I've had business with 3 of the Genesis business's their Dealership, service center and last the collision shop! Not impressed!!!! Wife picked up the car otherwise I would have left it there. The front bumper dose not lineup with the fenders on bothsides. The bumper is pulling away from the headlight. The paint on the front bumper dose not match and they painted over stone pits on the front bumper.
