I made an appointment here after my doctor retired from Loyola. I decided to go with Emma A. Cabusao, M.D. and made a huge mistake. First she should of turned off her phone, it kept ringing during my consult. Second she seemed very interested in my finances when I was telling her about my issues especially when I told her that I owned a few houses. Unorganized and outdated office staff
Dr. Orland...This man is smart, caring, efficient, warm, and best of all an AMAZING Psychiatrist. Simply put, he figured it out! My kid was struggling with the right meds, couldn't figure out her mental health issues... Dr. Orland figured it out. She's thriving and living her journey as she should. If I could attach a million dollars to each of these stars, I would! Dr. Orland deserve it and so much more!
I highly recommend these compassionate and empathetic yet professional group of therapists and psychiatrists. When I call they always answer the phone. I do not play phone tag like all the others I called for a new patient appointment. They are also open in the evening and weekends. They have medication management as well as cognitive talk therapy. No waiting list
I highly recommend this office for counseling or medication management. They have wonderful, compassionate, down to earth psychiatrists to assist with your medications and they also have social workers and therapists if you would like talk therapy. They offer weekend and evening appointments and whenever I call, a human answers the phone! They are very compassionate and empathetic which I cannot stress enough. I like how they have openings right away and not 6 months from now like most behavioral health offices.
