I got my oil changed and tires rotated.
June 10, 2025 5 stars to the sales team across the street. Zero stars to this Eddie Freeman guy and 3 stars to everyone else behind the three other desks that were lackluster in their greeting and desire to provide excellent customer service. This review will be updated within a few days to provide a reason for why I'm giving a one-star rating - all due to the lack of professionalism from Mr. Freeman. I thought they were doing it right, but now when I look at my engine air filter, I see that they don't know how to do their job, and to give improvements to their customers, I paid $345 and the maintenance check, they couldn't check the filter and see that it hasn't been changed for years!
As usual excellent service was provided by the team.
