Pathetically slow to get a simple stock status on a part. For the prices these dealers charge for parts they can certainly deliver a website that shows what parts are actually in stock.
I called this dealership and the professionalism of the salesperson was very bad and the sales person was unprofessional. I wanted more information and details on trading my vehicle in but the guy was stating some things that pushed me away from me coming into the dealer .I feel like the sales person tried to belittle me or made me feel like I was impoverished. I feel like as a salesperson you should make a customer feel comfortable and want to build a safe relationship with a client especially off a 1st impression.
