On Nov. 10th Genesis was hired by my apartment manager, Helix, to clean my carpets. I was not there when they arrived. I returned home to find that they had moved and rifled through my property. They refused to explain so I called 911. Metro PD has an open file now. Genesis used a toxic fiber rinse that stunk and they did not remove any of the cat urine stains from the prior tenant so I had to call ZeroChem to fix the mess Genesis created. ZeroChem did a great job.
We’ve used them several times and love them. Easy to schedule, responsive, on time and very thorough. Carpets are clean and the price is right. Highly recommend them.
This is an awesome company that does an excellent job and a great price. Will be using them again.
