Genesis was super flexible and patient as we waited to receive the keys to our new home so they could clean the carpet. The carpet looks great and they took the time to explain and show me what they had done even though it was late when they were finished. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, kind customer service and high-quality work!
Kind, friendly and prompt service and carpets look clean. BUT, my carpets are so saturated that I’ll have to wait another day to put furniture back into the rooms. Ugh!
Called on a Friday and was able to get in the schedule quick. Carpets looked great when they were done.
Called on Wednesday scheduled the following day. Arrived on time, was very professional, did not try to upsell which I really appreciated. He told me what services they offered fo any future needs. The price they quoted me is what I paid. I'm embarrassed to admit it but our carpet was nasty with old pet stains and just plane dirty. It looks so good, and no icky smells like I feared. Would highly recommend them.
