I completed my last radiation treatment on March 10th 2026.I highly recommend the Genesis group for your radiation treatment. The staff are very friendly,caring and very helpful in all that they do. They work with you and are very professional. Paul Batenhorst.
Terrible customer service!! I scheduled a doctor appointment 4 weeks in advance with my doctor that had just relocated to this facility. Three days before my appointment I was told that my doctor visit wasn't covered by my Tricare insurance. Then I was told that I would have to reach out to Tricare and get it straightened out with them. Tricare told me that it is the responsibility of the doctor's office to get them the information that they were missing. I called Genesis back to relay the message from Tricare.
