Totally unprofessional company. No planning at all prior to construction. They removed all the sidewalks in the homestead community without any consideration for parking space for residents. Been 3 weeks like this and now they have put no parking signs and issuing tickets. We cant park on our driveways. We cant park on the road. People are fighting among themselves for parking spaces. Could have planned all the work in phases to leave some parking space for the residents but nope.
Not Recommend at all but if have already booked or in the Process of Taking Possession Read carefully , this information will help you DO NOT Take possession without drive way or season work finished . i have exchanged around 30 emails on Drive way and Seasonal work but still not able to get concrete answer , Whoever is handling this seems very adamant to ruin reputation of This company as i have never came across such incompetence in this industry , all you would hear that is you are on schedule , god knows how to they make... read more
