The service they are providing is very bad. it’s just been a month moved in a brand new house. And our oven got cracked because the quality they are providing is not good and when i called and send them emails. Gensis mentioned call trail appliances directly and when i called trail appliances they said call your builders first. When i called gensis they said, it’s not under warranty from gensis.
