Incompetent Lady Nancy running the show..she made my son wait for 4 months then told me we can't take them cuz we don't take transfers ...while provided her everything she asked for and she said i assumed and her assumptions wasted 4 months of my son...such rude lady to run this special kids help center... I am going to file a complaint against her attitude and incompetence
So thankful for ABA Genesis, Armando and Miss Savannah have been with my son from the very beginning and have helped him improve so much over the years! My son was non-verbal going into therapy and with Genesis’s help he started talking! He learned valuable life-long skills throughout the years attending Genesis.
