I love how much Genesis does for the amazing kids!
No one answers the phones or returns your calls, and many of the numbers are disconnected.
There are no words to describe the agony of waiting so long for my son to receive his behavior services. I have never been through so much difficulties and run arounds, just to be hung up in my face for being a confused concerned mother. I'm very hurt and sad that this instabulishment would hire people who are most definitely are in the wrong career, who does not believe in the parent is right and work with the parent to intake their child for ABA services.
