Wonderful experience. If you have back and neck pain try Genesis. Three years ago, I was rear-ended by a motor vehicle. From that point, I started having (ongoing) severe pain in my neck, head, spinal and sciatica pains. I tried everything, slowly my pain lifted, but never went away. Staff is very nice. However, the decompression procedure didn't meet my expectations. After 90 days of treatments, my condition has produced marginal results at best for $5K. My primary internal medicine doctor had to order the MRI for review of before and after x-rays. Desert Radiology preauthorization for test wasn't accepted from this clinic. Post treatment suggestion, continuous maintenance for several week for addition cost $2K. At this point, surgery perhaps is a better option.
Genesis Back and Neck and spinal decompression has been a great! Their staff are helpful, compassionate and welcoming. The spinal decompression sessions hasn't completely "fixed' my back and neck but I feel less pain after completing all the sessions. Well worth the money and commitment.
I’m so happy that my online research led me to Genesis. Over the period of my treatment plan of 24 visits I found relief for my neck pain immediately after a decompression session… then over the weeks a noticeable improvement in mobility and the amount of discomfort I was experiencing.
