Wonderful staff and waiting area! When I arrived I was given options to try a new electrolyte powder which made me very happy. I was then taken back to be introduced to the doctor for a discussion of my MRI images which shows L3-L4 slipped disc. Afterward I was placed on the machine for an 8 minute demo of how it can pinpoint that one specific disc to help relieve pressure to allow for healing. Thank you Genesis B&N!!! I could not have asked for a better experience. When I went into the office on day one I could not sit down nor could I stand up without being in excruciating pain due to a herniated disc in my lower back. As a full-time firefighter and dad of two little ones my physical health is of the utmost importance and I was completely lost on who/where to turn to. The staff is always welcoming and happy. The Genesis machine is awesome. The targeted spinal decompression has given me feeling back in my feet which I hadn't had in a couple of years. This is definitely an option to try before drugs or surgery for back and neck pain. After the initial treatment plan was over, I signed up for the maintenance treatments and will probably continue them for quite a while. Great job ladies, especially Mallory .

What a life saver! I have had lower back pain for over a decade. I would wake up in pain every day and could barely get out of bed every day. I was complaining at work about how bad my hip and back were hurting and a friend told me about Genesis. Summer did and X-ray of my back and pointed to a disc which is where I’ve been hurting all this time. After 2 genesis spinal decompression appointments I was in shock!
