Tldr, I had sciatica, And now I don’t. I would always recommend non evasive ways to heal your body. I “recently” had Sciatica, And my back all the way to my leg would flare up. The purpose of this message isn't to effect the rating, but to give genuine feedback. I filled out my paperwork for my visit a day prior to my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted. The staff was nice and just doing her job. I was led back to a room and I was told the doctor would be back shortly. After waiting about 5-10 minutes, the staff came back in the room and advised me that I would manually need to fill out the paperwork because of a question I incorrectly answered.
