I had a frustrating experience before even becoming a patient. I called to get information and possibly schedule an appointment, but I made it clear I wasn’t sure of my availability yet. Despite that, the staff member pushed me into booking something anyway, even though it was obvious I might need to cancel or reschedule. Sure enough, I ended up canceling.
