I did 12 weeks of spinal decompression and am left in worse shape than when I started after spending $3200. During my treatment I was mostly left at the hands of a technician, not a doctor, who had little experience. They are very nice and helpful and especially Emma, who has such a sunny disposition that she makes it a joy to be there. Dr. G is also wonderfully kind and professional and does wonders to help give relief.
From the moment I walked through the door, the staff treated me like family. The doctor was so knowledgeable and warm, and was honest about what he felt he could do to help. While this was only my first visit, I’m excited to see what Genesis can do to help me with my disc herniation.
Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming and they are always sure to check how I’m feeling and what progress I’ve made since coming here. I’d definitely recommend Genesis Back and Neck 10/10 times.
