Service performed great and in acceptable time. Staff are always polite and eager to help
Service department won't answer the phone half of the time. Went in for a full service and inspection. They brought me the car an hour later and said the oil had been changed. This is the second time that happened. Will never go back.
Bert Bush and the entire Williamsburg of Genesis team made my buying experience a breeze! Bert has the best salesman demeanor I have ever encountered in my car buying experience. He is honest, thorough, and feels like a long lost cousin! I will be coming back to Williamsburg to do the tourist thing so I expect to meet the infamous Donnell Jones (don't retire before then LOL).
