I was coming to Weatherford for a meeting and called the dealer ship about getting a oil change at 1 pm. They said sure, we will work you in. Took about a hour and the service manger Eddie did a great job up dates and what they looked at.
Needed a new battery for my Genesis G70. I had to get a jump after work and did not make it to Parts/Service until right before closing. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous even though my transaction took them past closing time. Eddie went above and beyond to get my battery installed and get me back on the road. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and made sure my Genesis was good to go. Definitely will be coming back here service on my Genesis again.
Top tier service from beginning to end. My liaison Eddie was extremely attentive throughout the the entire process. Clean facility and amazing staff encluding upper management . Four stars are given instead of five because these vehicles take a little more care than you would think. No rush should be expected with these fine tuned automobiles. Thanks again Eddie for your attention and professionalism.
I arrived early for a 10:30 am appointment and was quoted a 1.5 hour wait time. I did not check out until 12:40 pm.
