I just bought my 2nd jeep from them the team is awesome. I recommend them to any1 looking to purchase a vehicle. My sales man Patrick was awesome. Made sure i got the deal i needed.
Service provider (entire staff) remained friendly, professional and knowledgeable, kudos!
Upon pick up of my car, I noticed a tire rotation was not performed as requested/paid for. After speaking with the service manager I was told that he trusts the word of his tech over mine. He refused to apologize and admit that there could have been a mix up. I am certain that the tires were not rotated as I marked them before the service. The worst dealership experience I have ever experienced! Staff does not respond to emails or texts. Purchased a GV70, should have used a different dealer. Took them 3 weeks to mail title paperwork to the state. Very concerned should the vehicle require warranty work or repair. Cannot recommend this dealer.
