I came to pick up the car, they were rude to me, the horrible people who work in the department where they keep the keys
Everyone at Genesis of Parma treated us like royalty. Jared explained the vehicle and did not bad mouth the competition-he just explained how Genesis vehicles are the highest quality and are true luxury vehicles. Big Lou was very good at explaining the finance options and the warranty options. It was a great car-buying experience and we highly recommend Genesis of Parma.

I know it's February, but I will still say "Happy New Year!" ☺️ I have to share my experience with Don Blake...Not only was he knowledgeable in all aspects vehicles, it's like within the first twenty minutes of our interaction, he knew exactly what vehicle that was right for me. Mr. Blake's acute attention to detail was super helpful with aiding in my comfort buying for the first time. Which made the process incredibly easy. I absolutely love my new GV70!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I had an excellent experience at this dealership. Jared was so helpful and great to work with! They helped me out big-time by taking over my lease and I was able to test drive and buy the Genesis GV70. Jared took his time explaining how the car worked before I test drove it. They turned what was a very stressful situation and a lot of very bad experiences I had at other dealerships into a nice car buying experience.
