My father's car a newer gv80 was still completely under warranty. Battery died wouldn't take a charge at all. Took the battery up to here get it warranty swapped since it's the closest genesis dealer. Service guy there and the other gentleman sitting back there with him said I'd have to pay a tow to bring the car up to have them approve the warranty. After working with a different Genesis dealer and being unable to find the GV80 we were looking for, we contacted Genesis Of Parma and we’re connected with Troy Johnson. Within one day, he had located us the car we were looking for in the color we wanted and went all the way to Cincinnati to get it. We took delivery the following day and could not be happier. I went in there about a month and a half ago to test drive a GV70 and made it very clear I was not purchasing anything that day. I test drove the car and I loved it. Upon going back inside the salesman (Toby) I believe his name was, told me he loved my ring and he would love to buy one for his girlfriend but he needs to sell a car.
