I went in there about a month and a half ago to test drive a GV70 and made it very clear I was not purchasing anything that day. I test drove the car and I loved it. Upon going back inside the salesman (Toby) I believe his name was, told me he loved my ring and he would love to buy one for his girlfriend but he needs to sell a car. Everyone at Genesis of Parma treated us like royalty. Jared explained the vehicle and did not bad mouth the competition-he just explained how Genesis vehicles are the highest quality and are true luxury vehicles. Big Lou was very good at explaining the finance options and the warranty options. It was a great car-buying experience and we highly recommend Genesis of Parma.
