I purchased a AMG SL 55 Mercedes-Benz over 60 days ago. I am still waiting to get the Title documentation from the dealership to lawfully register my car. I am begging for a solution. I had a good experience at this dealership. Everybody was very professional, but especially Paul, who guided me through the setup menus and infotainment system in the car that I purchased. He really knew his stuff, and I was treated just like someone who bought a new car, even though I was buying a used car.
After almost a year of bad experiences at car dealerships we found the right car and best people to work with. Paul and Chayse At Genesis PS were amazing! They were helpful, accommodating, and very respectful.
