Redi is my sales guy that did a great job working with my wife and I on on GV80 purchase. He was helpful. Being a pre owned we did have an issue with the Genesis connected services being transferred initially. I got the dealership involved and they corrected the concern! I have not tried servicing the car there yet but feel much better about their support!
Service department is the worst! As a GV80 owner I’m supposed to get a loaner vehicle for service, but I have brought my car here twice and they say “ they don’t have any”. I made an appointment for 10:00 for routine service and was told there was a software update that would make the appointment a little longer but definitely less than two hours. After waiting 2 hrs and 40:00 I inquired about status on my car only to find out they hadn’t even started on my car!! And had to wait another hour and then was late for another app... read more
