I find it unacceptable to have an appointment and get stuck wasting my day at a dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. The update that was done on the firmware was not completed either. I finished it myself
Apparently warranty work is not a priority!! It took 3 hours for them to call the warranty company be cause they had other customers in the service department!!! I was waiting to leave, and had to take the entire day off of work!!!!!!
Excellent service, excellent staff. Highly recommended dealership.
