NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HANANIA GROUP NO MATTER WHAT THE BRAND. We bought a Genesis from them and they have given the worst service of any car I have owned. We were scheduled for service and I am supposed to get a loaner car and after not giving us one on our last service, swore we would get one on our next. They called to tell us they no longer honor that policy.
Everyone was friendly and professional. Megan was invaluable in completing my repairs in the service department. My only complaint would be the carport area. They are the first level of contact and weren’t personable.
LB and Lamar are fantastic and they create an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.
