Service at the dealership is horrible. Zero regard for anyones time. After my test drive I had to sit in a waiting room because my salesman was having lunch. The process of making a deal and going through finance is equally as ridiculous. After the nonsense back and forth no matter how many times I gave my absolute firm non negotiable terms, they have you wait in a room for hours with 10 other people for someone from finance to help you.
