Terrible customer service. Walked in to buy a GV70 and had the specific VIN number for the vehicle. Francisco was in the front greeting and said I couldn’t test drive the vehicle, because they were closing in 30 mins. He was not welcoming at all and asked how long did it take for me to get there. When I said 35-40 mins he said I can make an appointment and come a different day. There was no one in the store and all the sales reps were just sitting at their desks. Took the car in for a warranty repair on a heater core. Returned the car back dirty on the inside and had a smell of cigarette smoke on the interior from the techs smoking cigarettes in the shop.Repair took 5 weeks and then the best part is they didn’t even put the dashboard back together correctly so the car needs to go back in again.
made a service appointment and double checked that they’d have a loaner available drove an hour for them to tell me they don’t have a loaner available seems to be a reason they’re the lowest rated dealer in jersey

absolutely ridiculous… The techs think the parking lot is a goddamn racetrack one tech, flew around a corner, almost hitting me while picking up my mother from service, absolutely horrible, and then I have heard nothing but bad comments from her about how poor the service was, so much for a “luxury dealership service”
