Genesis of Macon did a great job providing service on my 2025 GV80. Mechanic Tech, Dustin, and Service Advisor, Chellsey did an excellent job keeping me informed on the work and progress being made during service appointment.

Unprofessional, never showed me any of the fantastic that the genesis has. MAJOR FRAUD! FRAUDULENT SIGNATURES, CONTRACT SALES DOCUMENT INCREASED BY 5,000.THEY ADVANCED A LOAN THAT HAD WRONG AMOUT FINANCED AND THE LOAN TIME WAS CUT IN HALF.....NEED MORE??? Need photos - i got em all
