Went to look at a GV70 and GV80 today at 1pm. Hours on google and hours on the business window says they are open. Dealership was closed. Please fix your hours as we drove 45 min round trip to see a car. Thank you
I have purchased two Genesis from this dealer, the first in 2020. That wasn't a great experience. When I delivered the car for its first service, booked several days in advance, there was no oil filter in stock. On subsequent visits, getting a loaner car was always a problem. I would book the loaner as part of the service and then be told on arrival they knew nothing about a loaner. I am giving them 3 stars for 2 reasons. Horrible customer service. You get ignored when you drive into the service department. They just stare and don't say anything and Never return phone calls! Definitely not on the same level as Lexus or BMW when it comes to the service department. We don't have a choice of going to another dealership being this is the only Genesis dealership in New Mexico.
Best experience ever purchasing a vehicle! Service and treatment was above and beyond! From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away, there was exquisite service! They dont pressure and are all ears! Already referred several people to see you all.
On our way to Santa Fe from La Quinta, Ca and in a 2021 Genesis GV80 check engine light came on after leaving Flagstaff. We were concerned since we were headed to Denver & then Omaha. I called the dealership in Albuquerque & explained the situation. The woman on the phone at the service dept was very friendly & said bring it in & they could scan it to see what was wrong but being late on Saturday probably couldn’t repair that same day.
