I recently had the pleasure of buying a car from the Genesis of Hattiesburg Dealership and I have to say it truly exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and a warm atmosphere. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs without any pressure to make a quick decision. The service dept is horrible! The service manager tries to make liike something wrong on your part so warranty does not cover My car had a warning light for blinker/taillight come on after having been fine for 1.5 years that had the g70 and clearly under warranty. Tommy the service manager said oh vehicle hit when clearly not the case bc took my car to eastern shore delearship and car fixed! Once fixed, traded car in for 2024! The one i had was 23. So do not waste your time!
