Wow!!!! My wife had a cut in her tire and I called the other dealer in town because we bought the car from them along with the wheel and tire coverage. The other dealer did not care that I called at 9am, needed to get my wife's car back on the road for a trip or that we bought from them. As a long shot I called South Nashville Genesis... they went and got the matching tire from the warehouse, worked us in and knocked out my oil change, recall and replaced the tire.... all same day and got us back on the road Amazing service... read more
