I called and spoke with Brendan about a used vehicle they had for sale. Right off the bat he was very rude and stated he would not discuss the vehicle at all unless I came in and test drove it first. Fine - I came in the same day to take it for a test drive. This is my 3rd new vehicle experience in the last several years with Genesis Alfa Romeo. The first two vehicles I acquired were leased. My latest transaction is the purchase of a 2024 Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio. Fady, my salesman, has been a pleasure to work with. He is a true professional and was able to answer all of my questions. He addressed all of my concerns in a thorough and timely manner. He and the entire Genesis team are 5 stars all the way!

The car turned out to be a lemon. The mechanic, Action 1. Recommended by Genesis couldn’t identify or fix the problem. Buyer beware.
The service department here is wild. They damaged my front bumper when repairing an oil leak. They never followed up with me to fix it. THEN i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and get a noise checked out. When I arrived they randomly charged me $35 for a “tire repair” which was never mentioned to me over the phone. Then to my surprise, they told me I needed new breaks (which I attempted to do at my private mechanic and he laughed at me because my breaks and rotors were literally perfect).
