Worst company! They don't ever answer the phone or return calls, voicemail is always full and they want to charge more than anyone else in the state to do the job. Use another company this place is a scam!
Horrible!! The guy was on his phone the entire time. Try to charge me for things I didn’t even need. Just lazy
My water chilling AC had gone bad and I was referred to Genesis ac by the building manager. Genesis did an excellent job! they were responsive professional and clearly know what they’re doing with this type of air cooling system I would highly recommend Genesis ac to anyone they saved the day
