Our ducted air conditioner wasn’t producing cold air just as spring threatened with some hot weather. From the first call at the office, they organised a 15 minute window for arrival. Kaden and his team showed up right on time and got to work straight away. Couldn't recommend Jason and the team more! Jason came out to inspect our new system after we noticed a subtle noise during the night. Rather than passing it off to Daikin, he took the time to thoroughly check and resolve the issue himself. He was extremely professional and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. If you're looking for a company that delivers a quality installation and stands behind their work, this is the one!

After having a terrible experience with another a/c company it was so refreshing to speak & meet with Jason & his great crew. They were polite, efficient & thorough with great communication. I had some serious issues with my a/c & they rectified the problem first go, I could not recommend them highly enough.
Had Jason and his crew back to fit a new back to back system in our sunroom,another top job. Very efficient,clean and on time. We also had a fully ducted system fitted two years ago and we are extremely happy with that as well. Highly recommend Genesis for all your aircon needs.
