After having a terrible experience with another a/c company it was so refreshing to speak & meet with Jason & his great crew. They were polite, efficient & thorough with great communication. I had some serious issues with my a/c & they rectified the problem first go, I could not recommend them highly enough.
Had Jason and his crew back to fit a new back to back system in our sunroom,another top job. Very efficient,clean and on time. We also had a fully ducted system fitted two years ago and we are extremely happy with that as well. Highly recommend Genesis for all your aircon needs.
Would definitely highly recommend Jason, Luke and the team. I recently had a new split system air conditioner installed and although there were some hiccups with receiving the unit from Fujitsu, they kept me informed every step of the way. On installation day they were on time, performed the installation seamlessly and tidily and I could not be happier. Thanks Genesis Air Conditioning!
