The Apartment in which you pay for is completely outdated, faucets barely run, shower temp never stay consistent. The managers in the office will pressure you into typing one of these reviews so they can get bonuses. They also towed my car for having “expired” tags. When it’s a brand new car that clearly isn’t just a piece of trash. I highly recommend moving to Riverwood for similar pricing and MUCH BETTER SERVICE
Hello I am a new resident Ceceilia Tabb of this community when I say miss marsha and her team elonda worked with me and got me approved right away for my apartment, for me and my kids .. I can’t thank them enough for all they did to get me approved and moved in right way. This is amazing community and I cant wait to experience more years of greatness here.

I’ve heard wonderful things about Genesee Village. Went to see for myself and they truly are great! Marcia and Elonda couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.
