I was a patient of Joe Carbone for years. My flat feet were a severe impediment to my Senior Softball activities. Joe gave me cortisone shots for years, and they worked. I recently needed pain. Long story short, Dr. Patel provided me with care above and beyond, and 3 days later, my 83 year old feet are still devoid of pain.
My daughter saw Dr. Patel today regarding a toe issue. We were very happy with her thorough evaluation, kindness and listening skills. Demonstrating patience, she gave a description of the problem in simple terms, yet additional information that was specific and detailed. She was extremely professional. We highly recommend Dr. Patel at Genesee Valley Podiatry.
Called office twice today just rings off the hook.
We were referred to Dr Paul Merkel after Dr Carbones office closed. We are so happy with Dr. Merkel and his staff. They are very friendly and professional. If we could rate him more then a 5 we would!!
