Although I appreciated the service from the doctor during my appointments, the medical billing was Incredibly inaccurate, stating that I needed to make payment for things I did not. Multiple bills, over $800 saying I needed to Make Payment and would be reimbursed. My insurance had already been billed and payment made. When I contacted the doctors office to let them know that the statements from the billing were either incorrect at best or fraudulent at worst, the receptionist laughed and said “yeah, I’ll let them know”. The doctor here was wonderful! He explained why I was having the pain in my foot in detail and then set up a course of action on how he was going to treat it. He allowed me to ask questions and showed he cared, unlike the doctor I visited previously at a different practice. I’m so glad I found this office.

I was a patient of Joe Carbone for years. My flat feet were a severe impediment to my Senior Softball activities. Joe gave me cortisone shots for years, and they worked. I recently needed pain. Long story short, Dr. Patel provided me with care above and beyond, and 3 days later, my 83 year old feet are still devoid of pain.
