Every month I would come in to new issues with the staff not communicating with each other and myself. Moved buildings and didn’t tell me. So when I went to my appointment no one was there. Mind you I go there every month for accutane. She also didn’t want blood work being done- even after I told her my lipid counts raise on that drug. Treated like cattle. Move then through fast as possible to bill insurance. Usual course of treatment is come in and get nothing to improve the situation then make a new appointment in several months to repeat this cycle again.
She is by far the best dermatologist in Rochester!!! She not only helped with my acne issue but also has helped my hair to grow!!!!
I've been awaiting for my medication for my chronic condition since November it is now March I've been in and out of the hospital I've called my dermatologist"Dr.Duffy" on occasions she has still not provided me with the top care instead sends out her receptionist or nurses to do all the work for her instead of putting her own work in. I am now looking for a New Dermatologist. AND HER LISTENING SKILLS SUCKS
