Horrible service center. STAY AWAY . 700 bucks + for 1 spark plug and coil pack. They lie to customers (management) to defend there own shady employees.

Had a great experience working with Tyler Colegrove. He was very knowledgeable about the new Explorer we purchased. The entire dealership was extremely friendly. Dealership is 85 minutes from where we live any it is worth the trip there to deal with them and utilize their great service department.
They do an alright job, but aren't actively engaging customers. The few times I've been there, both times I had to start the conversation. A business that relies on customer service should have a smile and ready to talk.
