Had a great experience working with Tyler Colegrove. He was very knowledgeable about the new Explorer we purchased. The entire dealership was extremely friendly. Dealership is 85 minutes from where we live any it is worth the trip there to deal with them and utilize their great service department.
They do an alright job, but aren't actively engaging customers. The few times I've been there, both times I had to start the conversation. A business that relies on customer service should have a smile and ready to talk.
Walked and spoke to Tyler, no sale or warranty bs, straight forward with price, had a deal with him in 20 min. Even offered free delivery so I don’t drive back 2 hours to pick it up. Will be doing all my future purchases here! Thank you Tyler!
We purchased two vehicles at Bob Johnsons Ford in Avon, NY and we couldnt be happier. We were unable to make the drive the second time so Taylor Bennett went above and beyond by delivering the vehicle to us.
