This practice is a real challenge to deal with. You will wait on hold for everything. If you do get a call back, it will be after many hours, or not at all. You will not be allowed to speak with your provider and they discourage "well visit" appointments, which made me wonder if patient care was really the priority. I would recommend another provider....
Horrible customer service! Its was always a hassel to get anyone to assist you without making you feel that you were bothering them! I would not recommend taking your children there.
