This was our first time taking Thomas. It was an emergency situation and needed to board asap. Faith took Thomas on a 12 hr. notice. She is so good with the dogs and you can tell. Thomas turned back to her when we were leaving and gave Faith a hug.. it was so cute. Like he was saying thank you. �
We've been taking our puppy Ellie here for the last 3 weeks and we absolutely LOVE her daycare. Faith and her staff do such a wonderful job and you can tell they truly have a passion for what they do. Highly recommend!
Our dog Lenny loves it so much he usually isn't ready to go home. He loves Faith and she treat him as her own. So great to not have to worry about Lenny when we're at work or go away! Great prices as well!
We discovered Genesee Pet Resort a little over a year ago and haven't gone to another place since. Great service, great people, and extremely flexible.
I questioned taking our dog, Kenya, here because the last 2 places we tried I was not happy when we picked her up just after a few hours. It's now at least a year later and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Because she is a Whippet Mix she tends to rip open her tail and they do a wonderful of taking care of it. I was very nervous taking my dog here as we'd never boarded him before. They took great care of him and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
