RecommendedTook our dog for the first time for the week of July 4th and I am very happy with the staff. Faith got us checked in fast and said we could follow up if we wanted to check on her. At pick up we were early but they got the bill situated and we took her home. She was happy and seemed to have a great time. Will be back for sure maybe for doggy daycare and grooming.
Genesee Pet Depot is the only place we'll take our pups!
They live on sight and let the dogs out before 9 pm so they can take care of business and not have to hold it so long. Faith and Brittany care for your pet like they're theirs.
I needed boarding for my rabbit, and booked Coconut a stay here. Faith & staff were wonderful since it was my first time leaving her, and a couple pics were sent while I was gone to put me at ease. We've been back many times over the years now and have zero worries when we leave Coconut!
We’ve been boarding our Maddie girl at Genesee Pet Resort for many years. Maddie is so comfortable here and well taken care of, sometimes I think she’d like to stay longer. We’ve also boarded our bunnies with Faith at Genesee. I was thrilled to find boarding for all our fur babies.
It’s wonderful. They take good care of my Gracie She goes weekly, she really needs the stimulation and fun. She gets so excited as we turn in the driveway. It’s the only place I trust taking her to
Our dog Honey, just absolutely loves her vacations at Genesse Pet Suites, and the wonderful, loving staff! ❤ Love that she gets interaction and plenty of playtime with other dogs, rather tan cooped up in a crate all day. The expanded exercise area is fantastic! I recommend this place to everyone! It's top notch pet care!🐕
They are fantastic! Love all their fenced-in space to play and attention to detail. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
Our German Shepherd Mila loves it here! It is reasonably priced & we take her once per week so that she can spend time with other dogs. I LOVE the pictures that they post �
