Started receiving services there because both hands go numb. Passed all carpet tunnel tests and then ended up with trigger finger surgery because finger refused to bend. This was fifth of six fingers with trigger finger. Obviously there is reason for this issue that is not carpal tunnel. I think part is cubital tunnel but no one checked for that and they discharged me out. Now I have called multiple times over the last 2 weeks looking for information from when I was a patient there. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would! Twice now they have left stitches in my child. One on her chin the other her head! Then try to charge her for an appointment to take them out the first time because THEY scheduled the appt to have them removed ten days after the procedure! Didn’t ask us and didn’t inform us about this policy . I will never let my child go back there. Stay away!

I just wanted to express my frustration with how things were handled earlier this week. I came in Monday about my hip pain, and while I now understand your urgent care clinic runs specific hours, I was told someone would follow up with me — but I didn’t hear back for two days. Then I was told the orthopedic provider would not see me and I should go elsewhere. I wish I had known that upfront so I could’ve gotten help sooner. I hope others aren’t left waiting the same way.
