If I could give them a 0 star rating I would! Twice now they have left stitches in my child. One on her chin the other her head! Then try to charge her for an appointment to take them out the first time because THEY scheduled the appt to have them removed ten days after the procedure! Didn’t ask us and didn’t inform us about this policy . I will never let my child go back there. Stay away!

I just wanted to express my frustration with how things were handled earlier this week. I came in Monday about my hip pain, and while I now understand your urgent care clinic runs specific hours, I was told someone would follow up with me — but I didn’t hear back for two days. Then I was told the orthopedic provider would not see me and I should go elsewhere. I wish I had known that upfront so I could’ve gotten help sooner. I hope others aren’t left waiting the same way.

Gave my son an off the shelf supportive sleeve for a bruised knee and charged me 800 dollars. I complained to them and they said that the insurance company allows that for therapeutic equipment. So a locking knee brace 800 dollars, supportive sleeve 800 dollars ace bandage 800 dollars it is outrageous and this is why insurance premiums are so high
