When I went there as a patient, I found all the desk staff friendly and my providers great. I got discharged because I was moving outside of New York State for a year and they couldn't keep me as a patient. When I moved back, I found it very hard to reach the phone staff, the phones were down while they were still in operating hours and I would get the an out of office message at around 4 when they are open til 7. When I finally got to talk to someone, they were rude and overall very unhelpful and dismissive.

To become a new patient you first have to see a therapist like three times before you can see a doctor. You have no control over which doctor you see and in my experience I have had to see 4 different doctors. Worst of all is that you usually wind up seeing Residency doctors instead of the actual main physician and if you try to which away from the residency doctor (which I have done 4 times) you just get a call from the main physician, or message or talk from the residency doctor that the main physician is only a supervisor... read more

Latanya saw me and my daughter on a late evening in the emergency room, she came down and scheduled an expedited appointment for my daughter to be seen at the clinic & she was so nice and comforting to us and my daughter left in a much better state of mind then when we came in!
