I asked my therapist, Lauren, for extra support. After she told me no they don’t do that and won’t. She said ok and immediately cancelled and never rescheduled So I wait the extra time even though I was asking for support. Next appt I ask for support and to my face “sure” but not ever logged into MyCare so was it even scheduled? I’m not sure! I don't understand how this place has gotten so many bad reviews which is very unfortunate, my experience though has been amazing! the walk ins make it so much easier than having to wait months and months for a therapist and a psychiatrist!!!!
