I just called to make an appointment and it’s already saying that the office is closed when it doesn’t close until 5 there needs to be someone answering the phone until 5 not putting on the answering service an hour before they actually close. It’s hard to get in touch with someone especially when you work. THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IT HAD TO STOP IF YOU DONT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB GIVE IT TO SOMEONE WHO DOES BECAUSE THIS IS BS
I needed to update my review of this place.. its not the same as it use to be.. if your looking for good quality health care this is not the place.. Ive been a patient with this medical group for almost 30 yrs and my doctor is a moron..I dont know how he obtained his medical license.. he missed diagnosed me on three separate occasions , the office changes secretaries all the time.. I have a great doctor now ..I should have left this practice a long time ago
First time appt was great. Very nice receptionist, Dr. Resika was great. I'm glad this is my primary physician
