After a thorough audio exam, Dr. Jennifer helped me decide on which hearing aids were best for me. She further paired them to my cell phone explaining everything in great detail. I now hear things I haven't heard in a very long time. Thank You Dr. Jennifer and staff for a great experience.
I was traveling through town when one of my hearing aids quit working. The Audiology Center got me right in and got me back to hearing in just a few minutes. They also provided advice about how to troubleshoot any future problem, and made suggestions about warranty service when I return home. I am very impressed and grateful!
I was in from out of state for a family funeral. The hearing aid on my right side stopped working yesterday afternoon. I walked in hoping for the best but not sure anyone would be able to help. These people were so helpful. They bent over backwards to help me, and were able to fix the problem. If I lived here, they would have my business Always! Just wanted to be sure to give them the praise and appreciation they deserve.
