Replaced double pane glass from an old crank out Anderson window I broke that was manufactured in the late 70's which had some old metal tape criss cross type design on it. They could have duplicated the design but I decided against it. They showed me how to remove the design stuff with a razor blade from the rest of the glass in my house and even gave me a few blades to do it with. I work in a clinical setting where mask wearing is mandatory. When workers from Genesee Glass showed up today, they were not wearing masks. They were asked three times to don a mask and refused. I called Genesee Glass to report their behavior and the man on the phone said "Oh, you're one of those. You are still living the lie. What, do you watch ***?" I replied "Excuse me?" to which he said "we don't want them there anyway if you're going to make them wear a mask." I replied "then just cancel the order" and he said fine. I c... read more

Great company to replace a piece of glass. I accidently broke my old Anderson crank window. I had 2 people give me quotes both over $450 saying I needed a whole new stash. I called Gerry and he helped me over the phone on how to take the window off and quoted me over the phone, a much more reasonable price. after I emailed pictures. I then brought the window in and they made the glass and replaced it in 1 week. I strongly recommend this company.
stopped by yesterday with a leaky windshield. had an appointment with Eric today and after about an hour, all done. very clean and knowledgeable. would recommend to anyone.
